We are seeking a dedicated Admission Director to assist students in navigating the application process.

The Admission Director’s responsibilities include providing accurate information about our programs, assisting with the application process, conducting interviews, and promoting our institution at education fairs and school visits.

Our ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of student recruitment processes and is capable of establishing strong relationships with prospective students and their families.

Responsibilities
Assist prospective students in understanding and completing the application process.
Communicate program details and requirements effectively to prospective students and their families.
Conduct interviews to assess student suitability and aspirations.
Participate in education fairs and make presentations in high schools.
Review applications and make recommendations for admission decisions.
Coordinate with faculty and other university departments to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies.
Track and analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of admission strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, their families, and guidance counselors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Admission Counselor, Director or similar role in a higher educational setting.
• Excellent understanding of the higher education admissions process.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working with a diverse student population.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or related field.
